The present General Conditions of Contract are in agreement with the provisions of the Ley 34/2002, Servicios de la Sociedad de la Información y de Comercio Electrónico (Services of the Information Society and E-commerce), the Ley 7/1998, Condiciones Generales de Contratación (General Conditions of Contract), and other applicable regulations.
