The price of any product will be as indicated on the website at every time unless there is a clear mistake. Should a mistake in pricing be detected, CASA DE CABELLO will advise the Customer who requested the item as soon as possible to give him or her the choice to confirm or cancel the order. If contacting the customer is impossible, CASA DE CABELLO will cancel the order and proceed to a full refund of any amount paid.

If an error is detected in the indicated price, resulting in a smaller price than the correct one, CASA DE CABELLO will be under no obligation to provide the item at the incorrect price, even if the order confirmation has been sent, provided the price error is obvious and unequivocal and could reasonably be recognized by the Customer as incorrect.

The information displayed in catalogues and price lists has merely an informative purpose, and CASA DE CABELLO can modify it without previous warning and at any time, according to market circumstances; although CASA DE CABELLO guarantees that prices will always be applied consistently with those currently on display on the Website at the time of purchase. Pending orders will not be affected by price changes.

All special offers, promotions, or discounts will be appropriately indicated on the screen and will be valid for the indicated period or until no longer in stock.

Prices of items on display on the Website include the value-added tax (VAT) and any other applicable tax, valid at all times, unless there is a typographical error. Prices on display on the Website do not include delivery fees, which will be added after confirming the order.

Purchases to be delivered to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla are VAT-free. Likewise, any deliveries outside the EU are not charged VAT as they are exempt from it, but taxes and/or levies will be applied according to each country’s regulations.

The purchase system is governed by regulations in force in Spain; therefore, all trading operations are understood to take place at the address of Casa de Cabello, S.L., Eurocenter, Maspalomas, Gran Canaria 35100, Spain.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS

All products acquired through this website will be paid by the user in the Website by a method of his or her choice: bank transfer, credit/debit card, or the PayPal payment gateway. The User must pay the full fee for the acquired items so the order will be validated once payment confirmation is received from the bank.

Credit or debit card payments will be made online, in real-time, through the payment gateway of the corresponding bank, once the accuracy of all communicated data has been checked. Credit card payments will be subject to the confirmations and authorizations required by the financial institution that issues the card. If such institutions refuse authorization of payment, CASA DE CABELLO will not be responsible for any delays or cancellations in delivery. In agreement with regulatory provisions on payment with credit/debit cards, Casa de Cabello will not keep the CVC code, which is requested to the user at the time of payment and is used to validate that transaction only.
